It is expected to be the largest casino resort in Europe to date, with 136 gaming tables, 1,200 gaming machines, a 500-room luxury hotel with expandable capacity, a conference room comprising 6,000 square meters, with an audience capacity of 1,500 and a Spa center covering 4,000 square meters, according to the minister.

Moreover, the City of Mediterranean Dreams brings with it over 4,000 jobs in the construction phase and 2,400 jobs in the fully operational phase. After the second year of operation, the integrated resort is expected to contribute around € 700 million a year to the Cyprus economy, accounting for around 4% of the country’s annual GDP.
